Making sock coffee in Costa Rica Costa Rica is known for its delicious Coffee beans but did you know households Have been using special socks to prepare Coffee for over 300 years it's called a Choreador which in Spanish means drip or Trickle They're simple wood holders with a sock On top and metal wire to hold it in Place you can find them in a variety of Designs and colors throughout the Country this traditional method involves Grinding the beans and placing them in a Sock and then slowly pouring water over It allowing the water to filter through The beans and the sock [Music] We might have made ours a bit too strong [Music]
