    1 :: Colorful Silicone Cups – keeps the container cleaner and allows you to separate a couple foods in one section of the LunchBots container.
    2 :: Nori Stamps – to inspire a contagious smile at the lunch table!
    3 :: Rice/Egg molds – making some otherwise mundane sides extra special.

Luv’s Lunches:

It’s helpful to think outside of the box when it comes to the lunch box. A healthy school lunch can be simple to assemble the night before or even the morning of, especially when using leftovers!

Luv’s favorite lunch was day five. It also happened to be my lunch (I added Carrot Ginger Sauerkraut to mine) and again for breakfast Sunday (The Mister and Bugsy both loved it, too).

#PrimalKid Lunches: Week 19

  • Day one: Orange bell pepper slices. Egg & tuna salad (made with primal mayo, pole caught tuna, lemon, and hardboiled egg). Massaged kale salad (balsamic and evoo) with homemade dried apricots. Carrot sticks.

  • Day two: Harboiled egg. Leftover sweet potato soup.

  • Day three: “Curry” Pork Salad (leftover Mojo-Style Pork Roast with primal mayo, raisins, cilantro). Apple slices. Carrot sticks.

  • Day five: Salmon Apple Salad (like this AIP salad, but using with primal mayo, with ginger and lemon juice) on top of organic spinach. A “shake me” bottle with balsamic and evoo for her spinach.
