Here’s a look at the lunches I packed for Luv last week. I hope by sharing these posts, it will alleviate some of the drudgery and worry that can come with making a “healthy school lunch” for your kid{s}.

That’s not to say that it’s always easy for me planning or putting together her lunches. Ha! I’ve had my struggles and moments of “what else” should I pack?!

Primal Kid Lunches: Week Four

  • Day three: The last of the beef brisket and gravy with a scoop of white rice. Macadamia nuts. Pineapple, mango, and passionfruit. Green beans.

Primal Kid Lunches: Week Four

  • Day four: Tuna salad {wildcaught tuna • forkful of paleo-friendly mayo • forkful of garlic sauerkraut • one stalk celery, diced}. Sliced kiwi. Plantain strips {portioned out for her before packing}.

Primal Kid Lunches: Week Four

  • Day five: Her first repeat lunch! She had the same as day four; tuna salad, kiwi, and plantain strips. Plus one of the birthday cupcakes from Bugsy’s birthday the day before. 🙂 I made the cupcakes using a paleo chocolate cake mix {the same brand I used for Luv’s birthday} and made a stiff frosting with chocolate ganache and whipped coconut cream.
