Mint Grapefruit Gummies

Luv had requested gummies. Taking quick stock of our fruit selection, I chuckled. The 21-Day Sugar Detox puts a slight damper on possibilities! But I remembered how much I liked the mint and grapefruit combination in my Grapefruit Avocado Salad. And so, I had my inspiration!

She chose the molds instead of squares this time. I can see us collecting maybe too many of these little gummy molds… They’re just so fun! It’s a great gelatin packed little snack for Luv and Bugsy {yes, he loves these, too!}. And I love how quickly the gummies set up in these individual molds.
