I was happy to put my spiralizer to use again once we got settled in our new place. Of course, I was throwing dinner together last minute so a dependable side dish was in order….

Garlic Rosemary Zoodles

The best part is, as long as you have zucchini you most likely have the rest of these ingredients on hand. I love no-brainer side dishes like this, especially because this tastes AH-mazing!

Garlic Rosemary Zoodles

Garlic Rosemary Zoodles

A simple, delicious, healthy side dish!
Ingredients
  • 2 medium organic zucchini, ends removed and spiralized
  • 1 TB fat of choice
  • 2 organic garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 sprig organic rosemary, minced {or one tsp dried}
  • Real salt or Himalayan sea salt, to taste
Instructions
  1. Heat fat in large cast iron skillet.
  2. Cook garlic until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add zoodles and saute 3 minutes.
  4. Fold in rosemary. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and season as desired.
